The left-hander had two holes remaining in his second round and at 8 over was not going to make the cut.Watson was one of six players to withdraw before Saturdays restart, which was pushed from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. (PT) because of severe storms that flooded the course on Friday. Vaughn Taylor, Steve Marino, Bryson DeChambeau, Shane Lowry and Jinho Choi have also withdrawn.
