Dustin Johnson has won at least one tournament every year since he has been on the PGA Tour, starting in 2008. With the 36-hole lead in the Genesis Open, he's halfway to chalking up a win in a 10th consecutive year. That's just one thing You Oughta Know going into a marathon Sunday at Riviera in Los Angeles. Johnson's streak is the longest active one on Tour. In the last 30 years, only two players have won in 10 or more consecutive seasons: Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. Since 1960, only two players have 10-year streaks that began in their rookie seasons: Woods and Jack Nicklaus. Johnson has 12 PGA Tour wins. Since 2008 only Woods (18) and Rory McIlroy (13) have more. With opening rounds of 66-66, Johnson is bogey-free over his last 23 holes. He has the most bogey-free rounds at Riviera - five - of any player since 2008. His opening two rounds gave him a total of eight rounds of 66 or better at Riviera - the most of any player since 2008. Johnson would ascend to the world No. 1 ranking if he wins at Riviera and current No. 1 Jason Day finishes fourth or worse. Through two rounds, Day was eight shots behind Johnson. Cameron Tringale's second-round 64 equaled the lowest round of the week. Tringale's 82-yard hole-out for birdie on the 18th hole was the longest hole-out in any PGA Tour event since 2014. Tied for second after 36 holes, Tringale has never finished in the top 10 in seven career starts at Riviera. Tringale is looking for his first PGA Tour win. He has three career runner-up finishes. Pat Perez, tied with Tringale after 36 holes, has three top-5 finishes in his previous six PGA Tour starts. Jordan Spieth, who won last week, has never won in consecutive weeks on the PGA Tour. Spieth is five shots off the 36-hole lead despite having made only two bogeys in his first two rounds.
